Bite Back

Performance Dates: 22 -  25 Jan - 7:30pm

What happens when you put a feral lion in a private girls school uniform?

Following the 6-period timetable structure of one school day, BITE BACK explores the animalistic side of teenage girls trapped in the constrictive petri dish of high school. Values of civilised society are left behind at the school gates - at Ignatius Heart of Our Lady of Perpetual Sainthood, if you’re not a predator, you’re prey.

The School Captain campaign launches a ruthless fight for territory, a rumour escalates from a spark of truth to an uncontrollable wildfire, and a highly physical game of dodgeball becomes a cathartic release of rage where it’s every girl for herself.

DM Me

Performance Dates: 22 -  25 Jan - 9:00pm

💅 From the creators of The Real Australia - a show that wowed audiences at Perth Fringe and Edinburgh Fringe in 2025 - comes DM ME, a bold new theatrical experiment for Perth FRINGE WORLD 2026 💥

💬 DM ME brings your phone screen to the stage - using REAL text exchanges and comment sections, this fast-paced original show transforms digital drama into live chaos. Typos become truths, emojis replace emotions, and “seen” can mean heartbreak 😬

🔥 Funny, ridiculous, and painfully relatable, this hilarious work blurs the line between the online and the embodied, the curated and the chaotic rant. In an age where connection happens through screens, DM Me asks: what happens when our messages step out from the inbox and into the light? 👀

The SoccerActress

Performance Dates:

24 , 25 Jan - 5:30pm

14 Feb - 4:30pm

The SoccerActress is a powerful one-woman drama-comedy show that is poetic, conceptual, physical and emotionally raw. Through juggling balls and juggling life, Lucia explores her journey as a woman torn between soccer stadiums, street performances around the world, and theatre stages – between societal expectations and burning artistic drive. The show breaks stereotypes, spins the ball and the narrative, and reclaims space: both on the field and in life.

Lucia Mallardi uses the soccer ball not only as a symbol of discipline and power but as a living instrument of expression – blending movement, rhythm, and languages to tackle gender politics, cultural identity, and the beauty of athleticism as an art form.

When Bayley's Star Gleamed Bright

Performance Dates:

6 - 8  Feb  - 7:30pm

7 & 8 Feb - 2:30pm

WHEN BAILEY’S STAR GLEAMED BRIGHT

………or how I nearly struck it rich

The WA Gold Fields’ History through song, story, verse, and (almost true) anecdotes.

In 1892, 36-year-old Prospector William Ford picked up a 1/2oz gold nugget on a grassy area, which was later to be known as Fly Flat.

Together with his 26-year-old Prospecting partner, Arthur Bayley, they awakened a sleeping giant, which was to become the WA Eastern Goldfields.

The effect this had on both Western Australia and indeed Australia, was profound. Join us in the telling of this rollicking tale of the People who Lived, Worked, and passed into History.

March 2026 Season – A Song at Twilight

Presented by: Old Mill Theatre

Written by: Noel Coward

Directed by: Barry Park

Performance Dates: 13/03/2026 - 28/03/2026

This bittersweet comedy is the story of a cosmopolitan author caught in his declining years between two women, one being his wife of convenience for twenty years, the other, one of his former loves.

In the fading glow of a brilliant career, a celebrated writer’s carefully constructed world begins to fracture. When a past lover arrives bearing questions that pierce the silence of decades, long-buried secrets and unspoken truths demand their moment in the spotlight. As past passions ignite and carefully concealed realities unravel, nothing is quite as it seems. Noël Coward’s A Song at Twilight is a searing and poignant drama of identity, betrayal, regret, and the haunting cost of silence—where sharp wit and tender reflections give way to unexpected confrontations, and every whispered revelation strikes like a thunderclap. Prepare to be captivated by a story that sings softly but resonates deeply, where the final act may be the most devastating of all.

Sir Noël Coward played Sir Hugo Latymer in the original production, his final performance.
